Make necessary changes to achieve cycle time.Run metal and Verify weld spot locations.Assist pipefitter / electrician with resolving robot dressing problems.

More experienced programmers are able to debug auto repeat with PLC Programmer.Set up Software Limits to match hard stops.Debug programs in slow speed and verify all signal’s to and from the PLC.More experienced programmers are able to set up signals between Robot / PLC interface.Teach robot path programs: Weld, Material Handling, Maintenance, Tip Dress etc.Able to understand or Configure Robot D-Net / I/O Communication, based on level of experience.Willing to work overtime and weekends (50 hours)ĮSSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following.Willing to work at various KUKA locations in metro Detroit area, also support GM plants in Canada & Mexico.Vision experience and/or robotic engineering degree.We are looking for robot programmers of all experience levels.
